Adopted! “Tesla”- Special Needs F1b Toy Bernedoodle Girl from Rahab

We are very excited to introduce “Tesla” (name can change). Tesla is an F1b Toy Bernedoodle that was born June 13, 2024 between  Rahab & Zac. Tesla is listed as a “special needs” dog because in getting her continually checked like every pup we raise, we saw she has Grade 1 Luxating Patellas on both knee caps. Thankfully it is the lowest form of it you can have and she is showing no pain or discomfort. Almost every vet will recommend to leave it alone unless it gets worse but there is a chance of that happening which is why we have discounted her so low. Right now all that’s asked is to make sure she doesn’t get overweight and not over-exercised. Being a smaller dog and only a Grade 1 the chances of surgery are very low.

Tesla’s personality score is 6:5:5 meaning she is slightly dependent and perfectly balanced with her energy and confidence. She has a near perfect balanced personality score. She’s not extreme in any area. She’s not needy or clingy but also not independent. She’s not high energy or lazy. She’s not strong-willed or stubborn. She’s naturally sensitive and wants to please you. She is a F1b Bernedoodle meaning she’s 75% poodle and hardly sheds at all. She has a very curly poodle-like coat and will hardly shed at all. She is full grown at only 15 lbs. 

Because of her special needs, Tesla will not go home with our Lifetime Warranty or DDD Guarantee. Her price is lowered to recover any cost if the worst case scenario happens and she needs a $1500-$3000 surgery.
